However, this is way easier said than done. We are more familiar with victimhood, shame and blame and it is much more “fun” to be in the right than to do your forgiveness work.
When you are faced with something that really ticks you off, give yourself as much time as you need to feel the righteous anger. Do NOT, however, act on it. Only act once you’ve done your forgiveness work and are coming from a place of love.
